The Galloway Run Walk Run Method
This method was founded by Olympian Jeff Galloway several years ago and through the years, he has refined the method. It is a systematic way to incorporate recovery breaks into your run so that you can run longer, help improve your finish times, have control over fatigue, and run injury-free. Everyone can run using the Galloway Method!
The Long Island Galloway Run/Walk/Run Training Program is open to anyone who is interested in fulfilling a lifetime goal: of either running a 5k or half marathon/full marathon. Join us and you will get:

Over a million runners and walkers have read Galloway books, attended his retreats / running schools, received E-coaching or individual consultation or joined his training programs. His doable plans have opened up the life-changing experience of finishing a distance event to almost everyone. His methods have reduced aches, pains and injuries to almost zero. Jeff is in front of an audience motivating and teaching over 200 times a year–helping those of all abilities to enjoy exercise until they are 100!

Hilary is the CEO of HJMT Public Relations Inc., a 25-year-old Public Relations and Social Media Marketing Agency. She is also the chief curator at HJMT Media Company LLC, where she writes two blogs – NY Lifestyle Blog, A Triathlete’s Diary and has a podcast, Hilary Topper on Air. She started running nearly seven years ago at age 48. Before that, she was a couch potato. Her most recent accomplishments was running the NYC Marathon and competing in dozens of sprint and Olympic triathlons including Nationals and NYC Triathlon. On top of Team Galloway LI, she is also the creator of WeRTriathletes, a virtual triathlon team.
